As we open up spiritually our whole understanding of "reality" shifts. It can be estatic, serendiptious and frightening because as our old identity transforms so do our perceptions. The dance of "You in the Universe and the Universe in You" becomes more apparent. Often a crisis of some kind will bring this on, sometimes it just happens spontaneously or in meditations, sometimes a peak experience creates an opening. Falling in love or feeling betrayed by love can also open us this way. Divorce recovery and menopause often bring the opening for great spiritual healing and growth.

I help people activate and integrate spiritual energy and move through the ego fears that arise during this process.
